Due to the setup of the APS Wireless Network, the Juniper Odyssey Client is required, which takes the place of the traditional "Windows Networking." Some extra steps and information are required to be able to use Odyssey off the APS Network. Please refer to the guide, PDF DocumentOdyssey Setup, for additional help.

Should you need further assistance, there are three pieces of information we will need to know about your wireless network in order to effectively assist you.

  1. Wireless Network Name (also called SSID) This is the "name" of your wireless network and appears once you scan for available networks. Some common names are Linksys, Dlink, and 2WIRE.
  2. Security Type: most common household networks use NONE, WEP, WPA or WPA2. If you are unsure of this setting, please refer to the guide,PDF DocumentAirway Survey, to locate this information.
  3. Password, Pass-phrase or key: the password or access code for your network. If you have a security type of NONE you will not have a password.

Please collect the information described above, then print and fill out the Home Wireless Setup form.

Some home routers may block proxy access by default (Linksys is known to do so). Please refer to the guide, PDF DocumentPort/Service Blocking Routers, for further assistance with this issue.
