Volunteering - ICHAT Form
Here at Allendale, we are always excited when parents & peers are willing to volunteer in our District! When coordinating with our respective staff, please keep these REQUIREMENTS in mind before volunteering:
- ICHATS must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to any activity; no exceptions
- You must provide your physical driver's license or ID to the school secretary; copies not accepted
- The screening process can take up to two weeks
- ICHATs will need to be run every school year; every 5 years a new form must be completed
- Complete the form fully and honestly. A dishonest or incomplete form will be denied
- The form and license cannot be accept from anyone other than whose information is on the
