APS Foundation Mini Grants
The Allendale Public Schools Foundation invites Allendale Public School administrators, aides, counselors, staff, and teachers, to apply for Mini Grant funds for a new project/idea or buy the extras for your classroom and students.
Mini Grants up to $250 will be awarded to enhance instructional programs and additional learning opportunities for students, including:
- New Projects or Programs
- Program Enhancements or Expansion (within curriculum framework)
- Student Awards or Recognition
- Special Events
- Artists in Residence/Guest Speaker
- Parent Involvement
Mini Grants are not available for:
- Field Trips or Transportation
- General Operating Expenses
- Fundraising Events
- Religious Programs
The Mini Grant portal will open on February 1st of each year. Applications must be submitted online, and all grant submissions must be received by March 1st. Mini Grants will be reviewed by the APS Foundation Committee and if approved, recipients will be notified by March 20th. Awarded Mini Grants must be spent by September 30th of the current calendar year.
