Graduation and Senior Celebration Dates
- Detailed information that was emailed to students/families
- Graduation - May 21 at 7pm
- Senior Honors Convocation - May 18 at 7pm
- Share your Decisions & Post-Graduation Plans - see the email sent to Seniors and share with us to be recognized!
Graduation Attire - Cap & Gowns
- Graduation Cap Decorating Guidelines - A rough draft of the design needs to be submitted to Mrs. Meyer for approval by Ms. Murphy by May 8.
- Jostens Cap & Gown Order Pick Up - If you missed pick up during lunch, check with Mrs. Meyer in the office to get your gear.
Senior Exams. Last Day of School, and Attendance
- Senior Last Day of School is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, May 13
- Senior Exam Day is Wednesday, May 13. If a student cannot complete all of their exams on that day, they can work with teachers to take them on May 14-15. Seniors cannot take exams prior to May 13 unless they have a principal approved absence form on file.
- Semester 2 seniors who maintain a 'B' average or better in a class for the semester AND who have six (6) or fewer absences (not including exempt absences as noted in the AHS Student Handbook) do not have to take the final exam unless required to do so by the teacher/class.
- Senior Attendance - The habit of attendance and showing up when expected is one of the most important life lessons school teaches us. Showing up when it's hard and when we might not feel like it are some of the most important times to push through and level up!
